Good evening everyone. My surname is ojo, recently got married so my wife used my middle name Olorunfemi as her surname. Will this affect my application.

Good afternoon everyone,

I would like to confirm how long it takes to hear back from IRCC after submitting ADR. I submitted my ADR on the 30th of March and till today, it is still showing we are reviewing the additional documents provided. Please is this normal because I am very worried.
Mine was a PFL, it took 2 months after I replied before I got a feedback from them.
The feedback was "Ready for Visa"
Be patient and remain hopeful.

Hello everyone ,

Please how can I respond to this ADR. I have been denied USA 🇺🇸 visa couple of times although I indicated it in my previous application and this PR application and I still have a valid Canada visa which I also declared my USA visa denials please how can I respond to this ADR ?

SECOND TIME ASKING ‼️‼️‼️

Hello House..

AOR April 14 (FSW Outland). Currently 2 weeks in and no biometrics request yet.

Is this still within normal processing time based on recent timelines?

Would appreciate feedback from anyone who has ever been in my shoes before
Check your IRCC secure account messages directly. Sometimes the email notification lags behind the actual letter being uploaded to your portal.
If you applied online and paid the fee, but haven't seen the letter in your account after 10 business days, it is recommended to contact IRCC via their Web Form.

Biometrics in 2 weeks? There is nothing impossible with God. I'll advise you hope for the best because IRCC is quite unpredictable and 2 PR applications are not the same.

In my own opinion, mention it again and most importantly, attach proof(s). All the best.

Good morning everyone.

I would like to apply for sask eoi. My Wes evaluation was with MBA and my NOC is 13100. Although my first degree was not evaluated and does not align with my work experience, will my MBA and NOC qualify for sask eoi?

Thanks ahead.

Write a letter of explanation of your travel history to US
To include reasons of refusal and dates of applications, all the applications made to us consulate, provide proof of refusals,if you don’t have these refusal documents let them know..
If you have been removed ,flagpoled or not,any entry to the US,if you have not let them know ..
You need to give all the information required in the ADR not only the denials..
They mentioned enforcement flagpoling because you have Canadian visa.

Please in the ADR letter I don’t know what they mean by saying “in order to make a decision “ although I have submitted Biometrics since February and my trackers isn't showing anything. Just the ADR came in up till now no tracks or further information BG still processing… @haywhy80

Congrats.
Submit your passport to the VAC office where you did your biometric. Same for your spouse.

Both you and your partner shouldn't pay for the passport transmission however, a fee will be charged for your child(ren).

I finally got FD on 24th April
and PPR on 27th.
Submitted passport on 28th
Collected my stamped passport and ppr from vfs on 30th April.

No adr or pfl and I was very anxious. You can check out some of the questions I was asking on this thread. Some good people responded both here and on my dm. Some scammers also rushed to my dm to try some tricks but I clocked them immediately. My appreciation to whomever opened this thread and gave very detailed information, those who have been answering questions too and those who have been keeping things going here.

Please is there any thread about life in Canada for a new PR?

Zeemaan:
It's like pvo Ottawa + svo Sydney is very slow. My file has been stagnant since after I submitted biometrics.

Timeline:
AOR December 20
BIL January 28
Bil submitted January 29
Eligibility not started, background verification in progress since 29 January.

Ordered GCMS on 6 February and 2nd March and they were exactly the same, no change since biometrics. I don tire.

My fear is that they should not reject my application after I have waited this long coupled with the chance that I won't easily get another ita due to age. I just wish they completed my eligibility. Background can take as long as it has to take and I won't really bother cry cry

i studied general Microbiology in the university and now working as a laboratory assistant in a hospital. I plan to write ielts soon. I don't have a medical lab certificate or so even though I'm working on a hospitals lab "as an assistant".
With my work experience, can I enter for the health care category. Or should I use my microbiology certificate which is stem course and apply.
How does this really work?
