We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Lounge Manager to oversee the daily operations of our lounge in Lekki Phase 1. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, smooth operations, and a welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day lounge operations efficiently
Supervise and coordinate staff activities
Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Monitor inventory, supplies, and stock levels
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the lounge
Plan and oversee events or special promotions
Manage cash flow, sales records, and basic reporting
Enforce company policies and operational procedures

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Lounge Manager or in a similar hospitality role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of inventory and financial management
Must be reliable, presentable, and customer-focused
