I enjoy reading all your "ifs". I dont dwell in it. You said 15 to 20 years, as if it were 2 years. Wealth is measurable, and based on current data, Iran is not wealthy. If it is based on the proven oil reserves, you can also argue that Venezuela is a wealthy country. Natural resources is not wealth. It is subject to factors of production and other economic intricacies.
And your argument that Iran will come seek revenge in 15 to 20 years is essentially stating that they are primitive people. Because there are many things a country can be; being a hardline theocracy is one of the dumbest thing any country can seek to be in modern world. Israel and Iran had no issues until the Mullah snatched power in 1979 and decided that Israel deserves no peace and sponsors shadow wars against Israel. If anybody should seek revenge, it should be Israel. Going by Iran's history and their governance system, what makes you think the Mullahs will not be disposed by other Iranians in your 15 to 20 years? You see, wishful thinking. Your conclusion on the economic implications of the war on China is simplistic.
Going by casualties, destruction, current standing, fatalities, loss, Israel is by far the biggest winner of the war. Any other thing is "creating ones happiness". Iran has never been this weak since the Iran - Iraq war. I deal in the present and near future. Not 20 years that is not sure for either of us.

Currently holds the largest crude oil inventory in the world, estimated at nearly 1.4 billion barrels stored. So the idea that China is hurt by the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz is wishful thinking. And for China, anything that will distract the US and consume its resources is a welcome development.

You think Iran is not wealthy? They have the 3rd largest proven oil reserve in the world.
Moreover, if they manage to survive this war through a negotiated settlement, they will almost certainly get some form of sanction relief.

If this war ends without a regime change, Israel is undoubtedly the biggest loser. They will be leaving behind a vengeful, more motivated regime with the political will, technical know-how, and money to rebuild. All that Iran has lost, it will not take them more than 15 to 20 years to rebuild and restock it. And it is almost certain they will be more motivated to pursue a nuclear weapon than they were before. A nuclear Iran is a thought Israel cannot simply live with.

Or Iran that has been building missiles for 47 years to get what they have now were dealing with the present and near future, or America and Russia, which built thousands of nuclear warheads over the course of 35 years were thinking the world would end in 2 years. What is your thinking for your third world country in 20 years? What is the thinking of your country for 20 years? Your country is a 230 million people that have no thinking, except voting terrible leaders. Now, let me educate you: the post I responded to has nothing with thinking. You are not an Iranian, and they barely even know that some Nigerians exist. It was assumptions. So, how do you even no what the Iranian leadership (whatever is left of them) are thinking? Assumptions is different from thinking. We are talking about a war that we both have no power over: so how's that thinking, you merely made wild assumptions based on your sentiments.
