Beauty with Brains; Lady Makes History as she Sets New Record in UDUSOK Radiography Department

Congratulations to the 7th set of Radiography graduands for Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, Sokoto State!

A total of 34 students from UDUS have successfully qualified as Radiographers, marking the reward of their hard work and dedication.

Special recognition goes to the Best Graduating Student, Rad. Omonzejele Mary Itohan, whose achievement stands out as truly inspiring.

Also Breaking Records, setting a new one and Emerging as the HIGHEST CGPA SO FAR IN THE HISTORY OF THE DEPARTMENT.
With a 4.61/5.00 CGPA.

This milestone celebrates excellence, intelligence, and determination. In Attendance of the Inductions and oath taking Ceremony was the Registrar of the Radiographers Registration Board (RRBN), Dr. Idris Garba, the Vice Chancellor, Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto, Professor Bashir Garba, Representatives from the Association of Radiographers of Nigeria (ARN) and other Special Dignitaries all wishing the Newly Minted Medical Radiographers from the Prestigious University a bright and impactful future ahead.

Now that she has the award...what next? .... where to out of the university? ... further her education abroad? ....brain drain? ...or would we make it attractive for her to remain and use her skills in moving our country forward? I used to hold this kind of sentiments before. Now I know better. Cramming is part of intelligence, whether you agree or not. Its not an easy thing to memorize a large amount of information. Also, when you memorize information, you can recall them for better analysis from time to time.

They are enjoying universities in the North no problem with peace but we deny Northerners admission there, you will hardly see a lecturer from the North in southern Universities, is a well, enjoy NYSC here and never go back

Females repping the world well . No longer what it used to be , especially in the 80s and 90s where boys mostly "tops" in students' academic performance. Boys are more about monies now , they ended up not having the supposed money sef

Northerners do not really like to explore . They are usually satisfied with their environment and appreciate the extended family characteristics they find themselves . It's nobody's ( Southerners ) fault!
Even MSc holders prefers to jejely work in the Local govt and be seeing his/her family , and very ok that way but a southerner thinks more than that.
Family togetherness is quite important in the North than South...

Who denies Northerners admission in the South ?! Despite the encouragement you see in the North , do you want to come to the South. I taught in the North ( COE , Minna ; Kogi state and KadPoly ) and I know what I am talking about ...

At the end of the day, those who get the best results end up working for average students.

You need to understand that education is just people teaching others their ideas and assessing them to know how much they've learnt.

Those who succeed in life think beyond schools and they are often those guys who sit in the back
