Getting an accurate building estimate in Nigeria is a headache, prices change constantly and the few estimates you find online are outdated. Why not an AI solution where you describe your dream home or upload your floor plans, and it pulls current market prices for building materials and labour to generate a full bill of quantities like a quantity surveyor would?
Thoughts of this? shouldn't this exist in Nigeria's current real estate landscape?
