BREAKING: Rabiu Kwankwaso has asked his supporters to resign from the ADC ahead of his planned defection to the NDC next week The former NNPP leader, who joined the ADC a few weeks ago, will join the NDC with Peter Obi, who is also expected to announce his defection soon, as both men will be on the presidential ballot on an Obi-Kwankwaso ticket. Additionally, all lawmakers who defected to the ADC from the NNPP are expected to announce their resignations from the party as they will all be moving to the NDC. This move is also being discussed with the lawmakers who defected to the ADC with Peter Obi. Meanwhile, there are last-minute efforts by some of the coalition leaders to halt the planned defections but this is unlikely to be successful as Kwankwaso’s bloc held a meeting with NDC leaders last night to finalise discussions on their planned move https://x.com/NigAffairs/status/2050511124156559652

Tinubu must possess mythical strength. His ability to be everywhere at once, dictating outcomes, ought to be studied at Harvard. Consider how, within hours, Kwankwaso’s camp shifted from celebrating the ADC to urging mass resignation. Little wonder Pitobi and his followers revere him. I understand he’s the subject of their daily devotions before they step out each morning. |

Fishermen:Although I'm happy with what's happening, it's shocking people like you are so naive and ignorant to see that what's happening is pointing towards a repeat of the last election, with opposition votes being split between the majority opposition blocks, ensuring victory for APC. You guys are kindergartens in politics tbh. |

Obidients will dash in to celebrate the news . They will get the 2nd shocker when Kwankwaso refuses to be 2nd fiddle to someone who can't be a Councillor in Kano State ![]() |

Lol.The "Yoruba President must go" lot will be in tears right now. The greed and selfishness many predicted will tear the opposition apart, and hand easy victory to PBAT, is happening before our eyes in high definition. God is indeed great. |

Form your Party, don't go and take over another Party structure and blame Tinubu if there's crisis. |

omenka:last elections the north was with tinubu but the case is not the same today . i think you guys are the ignorant ones here, tinubu needs to restrategize even if na to use one of una give sango so that his juju go dey very potent because atiku, kwakwanso and all agrieved northern politicians will deal him a heavy blow in the north with obi striking him in the south. his only option which is rigging with INEC might just meet a brick wall and worst is the fact that he is alien to the nigerian masses only people like you will still vote for him. |
