Arrest over false claims? Why don't you just debunk the story and move on? Btw, you may not have divorced your wife, but I know you are cheating on her.

But this has got nothing to do with UBA if i'm not mistaking🤔. And i think x algorithm should be designed in a way that spreading false information will not only unmonetization but would also attrack penalty such as ban from participating in the x revenue sharing

This alleged crime is committed against individuals, Tony Elumelu and his wife, not against UBA so why is UBA the one confirming the arrests of people alleged to have committed crime.

CBN should call UBA management to order.

There is difference between the office of bank chairman and the individual. The chairman's office has no wife but the man occupying the office is the one who has a wife.
He and his wife should be dealing with getting justice for themselves.
CBN need to demand that UBA retracts this meddlesomeness.

"His name is a brand" is not the same as "his name is the brand."

He can't.

But even if it were Dangote, then his personal estate is the one to respond and not Dangote as an entity, even though it bears his name.
Simply because there are other people, called stakeholders, who are not concerned with his personal life, and a statement from the group is a collective statement of all of them.

The use of law enforcement to arrest people based on personal matters must end in Nigeria. Any enabling legislation must be repealed. While we must also disapprove of inappropriate behaviour, such civil matters should be pursued through the courts as such, unless where public interest is clearly violated.
