Obi wasn't supposed to be dragging the card and cap with kwakwanso.
But common sense should be applied, obi is standing next to the person presenting the card, so it obi that was supposed to touch it first, which he did. But kwakwanso didn't waste time before collecting it.

But why are these mischief makers acting this way? Dickson mentioned Kwakwanso as the first person to be presented the membership card and he collected his card while Obi clapped for him, after which the latter was presented his membership card.
What's the matter with these guys? We expect more of this nonsense as the election day approaches .
