That’s NOT the point here.

If a party was formed with JUST a “letter of intent “ and Obi (after going thru ordeals in LP and ADC ) is desperate that he couldn’t do his DUE Diligence before porting this time, then He isn’t fit for Presidency.

This is tantamount to saying you Got a Job by just sending your CV.

Obi has been CAGED AGAIN!

I like him but he is acting too desperate and without the Leadership skills needed to run Africa’s Biggest economy.

NDC applied for registration in 2017 and was denied after complying with all requirements. The reason INEC gave for not registering the party was that it had similar logos with APC ..as at then , there was no party registered with INEC called APC....there was CPC, and ACN and the likes





this was what the court told INEC...how can you deny somebody who is qualified and applied for somebody who is yet to become a party .



That is the court order that got NDC registered last February when the case was finally dispensed with
