Looting na turn by turn for Naija. The new GMD wants to cash out like Mele Kyari ![]() On a serious note, what do we typically learn in Nigerian universities? Nigeria has been an oil-producing country since 1960s but we don't even have local engineers that can fix our refineries. This is just one of the reasons no race takes the black man seriously, not even fellow black people! |

Macphenson:The Mr Democrat is a fake man. I blame Jonathan. A lesson learned. Don't be soft on your enemies when you have the power to crush him otherwise, he'll wreck your entire household. He caused us this mess we're in today. He's a very weak man |

| Re: After $2.39 Billion Flop, NNPCL Signs Fresh Contract For Refineries by Dogalmighty17: 11:17pm On May 04 |
The black man is simply incompetent. When Obasanjo said these refineries will never work, Tinubu's goons attacked him. When people staying around Port Harcourt refinery raised alarm that no refining was going on in the refinery, they got called purveyors of fake news. The NNPC is back to the same rubbish again. |
| Re: After $2.39 Billion Flop, NNPCL Signs Fresh Contract For Refineries by MilestoneMillet: 11:17pm On May 04 |
Macphenson:It didn’t start with Bola Tinubu. This approach is essentially about bringing in experienced operators to run the refineries at zero cost to NNPC. If the venture becomes profitable, the operators then share proceeds with NNPC , making it a commercially sensible, low-risk arrangement. It’s a pragmatic solution. Importantly, the refineries are not complete scrap; during rehabilitation, new components were installed, so there is still usable infrastructure to build on. If Chinese firms are able to get the refineries operating efficiently, they can leverage both domestic and international markets to sell refined products. This would also introduce stronger competition for players like Dangote Group and other modular refineries, which could help ease prices for consumers over time. |

Eriokanmi:Jonathan was equally clueless. Leadership and niceness has nothing in common. Stick to principles, follow your convictions, apologize when you mess up. A man that failed to remember that even if charity does not begin at home, at some point you have to bring charity home cause charity ain’t no bastard! That brother failed WOEFULLY!!! |

They mentioned what Buhari administration spent. They did not mentioned what Tinubu administration has spent. They did not mention what Tinubu administration is going to spend after reset. What Buhari already spent, GONE. What Tinubu already spent, GONE. Tax payer's fund, GONE (to repay borrowed fund that were gone into futility). |

Burob:What hypocrisy? Instead of wasting money further, he sold it to those that will make it work and made some money. But look at where we are now because the sales was reversed. Administration after administration, billions of dollars spent in futility. |
