Laws and justice systems are flawed in many countries. Even the USA, often referred to as the greatest country in the world, has had many cases where people spent years in prison only for the truth to come out later that they were innocent.
And even now, more innocent people are still in prison ,you know that too.
You’ve read many cases like that, but you don’t want to admit it’s the same because you believe America is number one.
