You need to take this seriously and go to a hospital as soon as possible.

Blood in urine (called hematuria) is not normal, even if it happens once. The sharp pain you felt while urinating also points to something going on in your urinary tract.

Possible causes include: Infection (UTI or STI), Kidney or bladder stones, Prostate inflammation, Kidney problems, in some cases, something more serious like a tumor

The part that makes this more urgent is that you’ve also had blood in your saliva for months. That means there may be two separate issues, and both need to be checked.

At the hospital, they’ll likely do, Urine test, Blood test, Scan (kidneys/bladder). Check your mouth/throat or lungs for the bleeding.

That's not a good sign at all and it's one of the early of CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) , you will need to act fast before is gets to total kidney failure.
First, go and get yourself tested , request for electrolyte and urea test.
Once the stage of the disease is ascertained , you might need to enrol for dialysis.

a friend faced same, and was treated in hospital, and was asked to be drinking sufficient water.I think it was stones, kidney stones.too much salt and not taking water enough. Its treatable, just go hospital.they used alpha blockers meds

Any loin pain, fever, vomitting? Its most likely nephrolithiasis, and if so, there is absolutely nothing much to worry about. You need to go to a teaching hospital where imaging evaluations will be carried out to determine the number, sizes and locations of the stones. These will determine next course of action.

If small enough and in right location, a shock wave could be targeted at the stones to break them further and eventually pass out with urine. If they are too big for lithotripsy, do not worry, a simple surgical operation will be carried out to extract the stones, and I can assure you will be fine. This is more common than you think and people live perfectly fine after this.

Meanwhile, drink a lot water, stay away from calcium tablets and other self prescribed medications, and make sure you present at a teaching hospital as soon as possible.

I would have said UTI (urinary tract infection) but since you are having it in your saliva, then it might be related to WHAT YOU GUYS DO on at your job and something you are inhaling. Lead (pb) or Silicone poisoning might be the cause.

If you have swarm or been in freshwater (river/stream) recently it maybe schistosomiasis.

One good sign is the blood coming out after urine is almost finishing.

This is easily treatable. But go to hospital to confirm if it's not something else.

I caught this when I was in secondary school many years ago. It was as a result of swimming in a very dirty river. One thing I noticed was that the blood is clotted and often come when I used the toilet to defecate. That is the last drain of urine.

I will advise you to visit the hospital and get a proper check up. Our body system is different. As for me, I abstained from swimming and monitor my water more. It stopped by itself, naturally. I don't know how prolong it is in your system but try getting medical help. And watch the water you use for bathing or drinking.

The thing is deadly, it happened to me too when i was young and thank God my parents took me to the teaching hospital immediately.
