The smoke direction and the direction of the trees are off. Wind can’t blow in two directions at the same time.

The shadow of the gate is wavy on the ground while the gate itself is straight. (in fact all visible shadows ie the dog, the man and the gate are all in different directions) that shouldn’t be since the only source of light there is the sun and all shadows should be cast in uniform directions.

The stairway in front of the house has no door.

Looking at the lush vegetation, it’s weird that we have two trees that are withered.

Also, stripped trees on the right(implying fall season) while the ones on the left are full(spring/summer). Understandably, only something that a person who has lived in a temperate region would experience.
