Another Prominent Obidient Quit Movement by wwwihy(op): 6:46pm On May 05
Dear Obidient and Mr
@PeterObi
.

It's time to personally appreciate the amazing moments we have together from day one till today. I join the movement on my own not through proxy or convinced by anyone 💯.

I risks it all, focus and consistent in supporting
@PeterObi
willingly, despite the level of intimidation, threats and humiliation nothing change.

With the massive political fallout, the OK MOVEMENT is facing in the north 😳 it's obvious, we can't continue to be deceiving ourselves, we can't have a better Nigeria without formidable structure and intellectual individuals that can depend our votes from the National, sub-national, LGA, Ward and polling units.

The OK ticket will have the same faith or even worse than the LP come 2027,
@KwankwasoRM
will never be and will not be the saviour rather complicate things, the Kwankwasiyya movement strategically imposed confusions, by left over across all the northern states.

With that i am personally relieving myself and my energy.

Thank you all.

I hope his skin is very thick.

Because they are coming like flood to come cancel him.

All after, they go back home and blame Tinubu for being everywhere attacking their god.

Everyone is free to associate with who they won't but make sure you associate with those whose names will be etched in the sands of time...

Goodluck to him!

It would have paid Obi more to remain in the ADC with the rest of the opposition and call Tinubu's bluff. By running away to another party he has inadvertently isolated himself for the lion to pounce upon him. Be rest assured that fresh court cases will soon spring up in the NDC. Once this happens, where else will Obi run to?

This Atiku boy abeg rest... It's easier for the desperate Atiku now to clinch the ticket, so focus on that and stop jumping from thread to thread crying as if PO has taken food from your mouth 😡

Typical. In 2023, the goal was to win Lagos. It seems in 2027, the goal will be to teach Atiku a lesson. Obi's move has proven to be unpopular and very polarising, even amongst his core Obidients. He came into the ADC with respected leaders from the SE in an elaborate declaration in Enugu, which was very symbolic. He's now leaving alone to the NDC while the likes of Abaribe, obviously disappointed, heads to LP. This invariably means that even his Southeastern voting bloc will now be balkanized.

There are talks on X that Sarah is dumping Obi too.

Sarah went all out for ADC only for Obi to move again. Mama P is now the apple of Peter Obi's eyes..Lol

Aminda, the most loyal manservant of Atiku in the world. How market? Atiku's is toast with Obi and Kwankwaso splitting votes. Ntorr.

Lol. Don't mind him. Aminda is upset now that Obi has delivered a massive blow to the ambition of his oga. For sure Atiku will be a huge flop in the SE and SS because of Obi.

PBAT will even do far better than Atiku in the SS and SE courtesy of APC Governors in the region.

Regardless of what he is saying publicly, Aminda is in severe pain and discomfort.

I hope your idea of obi staying back is not because of Atiku. It is not his birth right to be nigeria president.

So you whole coalition think for you is for Atiku presidency without direct primaries devoid of monetisation of the whole process. If na watin una get for mind then it will never work.let Atiku go and try his popularity

He would have, if your man hadn't been so underhand behind his back. A man with Peter Obi's sense of responsibility and integrity would not allow himself to be used to deny southern Nigeria its remaining four years of presidency in Nigeria.

By the electoral act, if any candidate refuses to give their written consent for a conscensus, there MUST be a direct primary. This excuse you lot give is becoming tiring. Peter Obi has never participated in a primary in his career, whether direct or indirect. He may leave the NDC again if other aspirants demand for a primary. The excuse of "I no dey give shi shi" is also overplayed. Direct primaries cannot be dollarised.

A Southern Nigerian is currently President and has been disenfranchising Obi from LP to ADC to NDC. Why don't Obi just give up and support him instead? It's a more honorable approach than begging him not to come cause trouble in his new party, the NDC. By the way, Obi supported Ojukwu under APGA after 8 years of Obasanjo's presidency. Shouldn't it have been the turn of the North? Zoning was strictly a PDP affair.

Am very disappointed in Peter obi. Where is he running to ?

Why can't he stay in ADC where he is covered ? Let him take the Vp position and Atiku as presidential candidate. Obi time will come. Why is he in a haste ?

Politics is not a one man job. Obi needs the coalition. He is now alone in NDC and tinubu will meet him there and spoils things for him. Together with kwakwanso that's is still there.

Am not happy with Obi.

Apart from the protection that being in the coalition brings, Obi would have inherited Atiku’s voting bloc and the Buhari CPC bloc that aligned with the ADC. Coupled with his own popularity, he would have emerged as the Southern Buhari but with a bigger following that cuts across regions. In 2023, it was the North that "carried Tinubu's campaign on their heads" and delivered him, even when the South didn't vote him. It was simply because Tinubu/the Southwest supported Buhari in 2023. Now in 2027, naïve Southeasterners are joining the SW to scream it's the turn of the South but ask them who's disenfranchising Obi, a Southerner, from contesting.

Look, I was the happiest man when these men announced they were going to join forces. Frankly, that was the best option for chasing the thief away. However, the conditions should have been defined from the outset.

The prevailing animosity plays into the hands of the man who wished Nigeria no good. Atiku could well sit this one out, seeing as all the cards are stacked against him because of his perceived disruptive tendencies, and it's only four years anyway. Besides, there is an urgent need to rescue this country from the abyss it has fallen into. Asking the south to wait another 12 years after what is said to be their turn is disingenuous and unacceptable to be honest.

I see greed, and if it were Peter Obi, whom I support, by the way, I would've called him out. I know the waziri is racing against time, understandably, but he should have chewed this up real good going forward.

You did not answer the question. If zoning is now constitutional, why did Ojukwu contest the 2007 elections under APGA after 8 years of Obasanjo? Continue to join the APC lackeys in screaming it's the turn of the South but if Tinubu was presented with such an opportunity whether now or in the future, he would align with the North to get the other Southerner out of power. He did it in 2015 to Jonathan. Zoning is a PDP affair. That's why you never saw any Northerner asking Ojukwu to step down. They simply allowed their votes do the talking.

No court case will happen in NDC, forget all the noise.

We have boxed Obi to exactly where we want both him and Atiku to be.

Is Atiku still coming? Una go learn political calculation by fire by force.

You see that North, Tinubu go still win the NW just as 2023. If NE like make them no vote am, by 2031, we will return the presidency back to the NW and heaven will not fall.

Peter Obi’s move has put Tinubu in an odd position. He can’t mess with both political parties at the same time, it will be very obvious.

My rejoinder was deliberate. However, I need you to be confident in the knowledge that I am well nuanced about our political history and underlying issues and sentiments. I think that going that route would give "our" opponents here something to rejoice about. That said, I personally think we can all keep it civil and allow the higher ups sort out this mess.

What would stop him? It would have been more obvious if ALL opposition were under one umbrella and he goes ahead to disqualify them from participating. The fear of the fallout from that was why the David Mark-led ADC was quickly re-recognised by INEC without even waiting for the CTC of the judgement. Obi has potentially exposed himself to intimidation by leaving the unified shield of the coalition. Just as was done to him in LP. In doing so, he also exposed the coalition to harm. He weakened himself and weakened the coalition, all for what? Kwankwaso is a contractor for Tinubu.

I yield. Respect to you, my brother. I can tell you that the North is genuinely interested in rekindling the age-long Eastern-Northern alliance. They just need an "ice-breaker". Peace.

Many Obidients don't know the extent of damage PO exit has done to him and opposition yet. Except Atiku goes to join NDC, 2027 is game over. Smart obidients are now talking about 2031.
Also he has taken Igbo political representation back 10yrs like soludo said.
Wisdom is profitable to direct.

This is true but not surprising because Obi is one of the most self-serving and divisive politicians in Nigerian.

We tell Obidient to note obvious red flags about Obi but they never listen because they are bigots.

How is anyone a fit leader when they don't mentor or nurture anyone at all. They do not build anything or anyone. They have no loyalist and are effectively reclusive because no one wants to be friends or associates with them.
