So barely two days another snake was killed near my poultry , can anyone recognize this one and what can I do to get rid of them.

2 nights ago....my neighbor rang my line late in the morning to go check on my birds that they were clucking anyhow for more than an hour....I told him to allow me sleep.

When dawn came properly I went to my poultry but couldn't find anything.
I just fed them then turned back....since then they haven't clucked again.

Na the real snake farm be that... Pls where is this farm located? Snake island abi Amazon rain forest.

Dekay's brown snake harmless to humans but e good say you kill am no time to come dey check which one is harmful or harmless

Just have fish net around your farm like a fence, problem solve. They will only get themselves entangled if they try to cross in.

That’s not a puff adder. The picture isn’t clear but it’s probably a night adder which isn’t fatal to humans or a carpet viper which kills more people in northern Nigeria than any other snake. If it’s in the south then it might be the night adder which is common.
