Did you upload all the required documents yet? because that is what the officer will vet with your application.
If yes, send an email to nis.servicom@nigeriaimmigration.gov.ng quoting your application and reference number and then explaining the situation or you can contact their helpline number +234-912-1477-092.

When the status of Passport application Menu indicates 'Produced' .. can one now go to the passport office for pick up as there has been no message or call from passport office for pick up. what next ?

Currently at alausa for capturing, if you did yours online you'll get directed to where they will charge you 5k for "compliance".

It means your passport is ready and you can proceed to the processing center for collection

Make sure your eyeball is showing like this , a hack i got from a photographer at Alausa office.
