Cleared by which court? Only The Supreme Court of Nigeria can declare Jonathan eligible, which he knows they won’t, & wouldn’t even waste his time seeking eligibility.

Let me rephrase my comment. In AC/ACN, we had a professional group across the SW. We unanimously endorsed Jonathan, despite being in another party and we worked towards that. The majority of us are in Obidient movement today. All we crave is a better Nigeria, we are not interested in any political office or money. My business will do well with a good government with working policies. I won't want to dwell much on that. Our decision was arrived at during a meeting at the MAN house, ikeja ahead of the 2011 elections. We're still together.

Get the court to declare Jonathan eligible to remove all doubt then switch to Jonathan's camp and when Jonathan wins he remains politically relevant or the least avoid being set up by the Lagos boys.
But if he fails to do that, the Lagos boys will praise him for blocking a potential threat and he will still remain relevant albeit for a while, because the Lagos boys are ethnocentric and you hold them strongly if you have something they need otherwise they will remember your origin in their coven.

North will vote massively for GEJ. They saw his reforms and the impact it made except that they allowed greedy politicians to deceive them.
Obi doesn't have the kind of reach GEJ has in the North. GEJ was very tolerant and tried to please everyone and that's what the North wants.
