Most states to the best of my knowledge hasn't started paying CATA, so I am guessing it's not yet applicable to them. But know that most states before the introduction of CATA get more than universities owned by the FG. I also know that they are also fighting to start getting CATA. When they do, they will earn even much more than FG pays.

I know of two state universities where there AL gets not less than 250k currently. I also know that very soon that amount will increase by the time they all start getting CATA that FG owned universities started getting since January. Normally, states pay more than federal.

And some people had to travel well over 200km just to sit for the exam; most of them didn't make the list, and there's no sort of compensation for their troubles. NCS can do better.

Seriously? Most times disappointments are truly blessings.
I attended interview in 2018 for AL but didn't get in. My current net is about 2x that amount.

I was informed that I have already secured an offer, and that it is a fresh appointment (not a replacement). However, I was also told that I should wait for about a month for the payment process to be completed before my appointment letter will be ready.

Sir, I am a bit confused because I have been seeing that appointments are currently being issued almost daily. I would like to kindly ask:

1. Is my offer fully confirmed at this stage?
2. Is the delay solely due to the payment/approval process?
3. Should I expect my appointment letter within the stated timeframe?
