So what's funny about that? All electricity generation are done by generators of different types. He produces his own electricity in the same way generation companies in Nigeria does for the nation.

We said past this ship a very long time ago with deregulation. If privatization was done properly, we should have started seeing much more improvement now. Then the electricity act of 2023 which further opened up the sector to investors. It's that simple. Government has handled power for decades from NEPA days. Now,it's been opened to investors and privatization, and interested state governments. Tell your state government to provide this simple things. Abi?

Well, I don't know how current or informed you are, it may be a sector where you worked.
I believe transmission of electricity should not be that hard.

National Grid should be decentralized, the 6 geopolitical zones should have their grid. Let's decentralize this and allow for the unbundling of this chaotic approach

The New Electricity Acts have signed by late president Buhari has decentralized the entire but the federal government is still in charge and doing some expansion.

Greed is very bad, his petrol refinery didn't save Nigeria, is it his energy generation will save? Time to tell Nigeria that they pay cheap electricity tariffs that it suppose to be 1000 naira per a kilowatt.

Let him generate first, and then he will do transmission and if the Nigerian market is not ready...he will sell to other African countries.
