Omo. Na to keep money for one side in case gobe happen
Darey00:
omo i don tire like this. My Bread inverter, barely-noticeable noise and beast mode stopped working last month and the support center just dey drag their feet so I got this Sako inverter.

The thing dey shout non-stop even under 100w load.

I no fit sleep

@valto does anern 12v inverter has WiFi monitoring
Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by osayuwamwen(m): 9:24pm On May 07
the battery is very good sofar no issue, I have never have any case of bms tripping off, I use the battery to pump 1.5hpower submersible pump, I they use the battery cook with my induction cooker morning and evening, my deep freezer and one small table fridge is always On 24hrs bcus my wife uses them to produce ice block she sells and we on 2 small fan till day break, and from voltage calculation I will still be having 50 40 percent left in the morning b4 pv input I set my inverter charge and discharge parameters so I never experience this questions u are asking but below is the battery manual for answer to yr questions
senator282:
How far bro.
How is this your humsienk 12.8v 314ah lifepo4 battery performing recently,i need your honest opinion and review.

Does the bms trip off if it gets discharged to a certain voltage like 11v or so

What about over charge, have you ever experienced overcharge voltage like the battery bms tripping off if it read a certain high voltage like 14.8 -15v

grin remind me of one famicare inverter I use one time that inverter they on same noise level with my big gen

Please does this mean that the cell in red is bad because since I bought it I have been experiencing this I thought after long usage it will auto balance and work like the others
It should be close to each other. The red indicates the battery with the lowest voltage. But as it stands, it's not looking good. Charge it full and observe if this continues. Is this a DIY build? I noticed the sense wire resistances are off which indicates wire length of difference sizes or contact torque of different magnitude.

If all fails, consider top balancing the batteries, that is put every call in parallel and charge to 3.60 to 3.65V.

This is just perfect.
What's the name of the inverter, what's its capacity and lastly what's ur panels' capacity?
Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by osayuwamwen(m): 2:26am On May 08
luxsun 4.2kw 24v inverter
7 pieces of 535watt jinko panel

Do you equally use grid to charge your batteries?

Ok. That explains better.
I thought you're on a 12v system.

grin grin It's always funny wen I read this kindda complaint. Is it that y'all keep ur Inverters beside u on ur bed while u sleep? Or mayb just use the tin to do pillow? I no just understand o. Cos even when my Haisic is on bulk charge and fan's blazing, once I enter my sitting room on my fan, I dnt hear it again o; and I installed it in a small corridor just next to my sitting room, no door in between. I guess its either y'all hav very sensitive ears or those Inverters actually use "OX" Industrial Fan for cooling. What occasionally troubles me (especially in the midnite) is the loud beep from the inverter when power is restored or cut. Of which I'll soon switch off one of these days. undecided

I they wonder how battery take they deplete to 0% and battery won't wake, is the internal bms only for balancing ? all this cheap substandard battery, una they laugh me here when I bought humsienk 12v 314ah lifep04 battery, before I install my hybrid inverter then I was using the battery on sachet inverter were i drain the battery to as low as 10v and the bms nor they short down
Pls how much is this battery in the market as o today?

Bolded is where issue.
The inverter is working too hard and the cooling is not enough.
Service center is close to non existing
Na why we stick to Sako instead

Abeg, who knows about Aiko Solar panels? Are they OK?
Please, anyone with info on Aiko solar panels?
Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by sirneyo2005: 11:18am On May 08
Thanks for your response it's a DIY battery pack that particular cell drain faster than others

codemaster2much:
what is your current charge cycle? as a rule of thumb if after 20 cycles the voltage difference still hasnt corrected it self (0.005 or close) then either you open it up and do further investigation on each cells or seek warranty.

Sadly bassed on my experience with HenryLife, most chinese lifepo4 battery seller in Nigeria dont take customer support serious

Thanks @all I've gotten 6mm cables, I intend to add one more 330w pannel in series, I just hope it won't destroy d 40am mppt

AyobamiOluwole:
Yeah. You need to change the cable. I told you 6mm at least. Your 3 panels now gives off about 30Amps. 6mm of should carry such current without resistance.

It’s expensive, but it’s best for the best result you want.

Below was my first attempt to help you, but it seems you got too many info from folks here.

Read it word for word and apply it. If you apply it, and there is still an issue, then there is a problem.

The problem doesn’t matter with the panels you will buy (cos you’ll eventually need it).

That's interesting.
Which means you're off grid with your setup fully ba?

chief I can't sleep in a noisy environment. My haisic inverter wanted to make me run mad before I swapped out the fans with real brushless fans.

So, I opened up this Dayo Induction cooker, I discovered that a leg of the temperature sensor under the plate is out of it's socket. I quickly fix it back and boom! it's now working perfectly
