A STORY OF INJUSTICE TURNED INTO OPPORTUNITY

She is from Ogoniland, Rivers State.

She was sacked from her job.

Her offense?

She attended a Peter Obi rally in Port Harcourt on her off day and posted it online.

She was not on duty. It was her personal time.

The next day at work, her boss questioned her for attending the rally. She explained it was her off day, but he immediately terminated her employment and told her to go and meet Peter Obi to give her a job.

She later cried out on social media, and I instructed one of my staff to reach out and invite her.

I investigated the matter by sending my CSO, and it was confirmed to be true.

I strongly dislike when the rich intimidate the poor. God is not pleased when the poor are maltreated.

The only way I fight back is through the power of God and by using the resources from Omega Power Ministries (OPM) to uplift lives — through 42 OPM free schools,2 OPM free hospitals, OPM local and international university scholarships, and local and international job opportunities.

I took up her case immediately.

First, I asked her salary.
She said ₦18,000.

What can ₦18,000 do?

I immediately:

* Employed her at the OPM Printing Press
* Asked why she was not in school

She explained that her parents could not afford university, and her salary could not support her education. She also made it clear she would never go into prostitution.

I immediately placed her on the OPM University Scholarship (local).

She wrote JAMB, passed, and gained admission to study Accounting at Ignatius Ajuru University of Education.

I instructed my Chief of Staff to allow her balance work and school whenever she has no lectures.

Today, she is in her final year studying Accounting.

You obidients like to gaslight a lot. This is the same method you used in 2023. This news is an old news that even because of emotion many could not even read to know this is not a new story. Since 2022. You are bringing it up again after you have said it then. This can't help you guys this time as Obi is very unlikely to be on that ballot this time as a presidential candidate at least not on ADC ticket.
