Tinubu should be on the list for the calamitous miracle of ruining the once biggest economy in Africa . He first brought buhari who did a damage never seen in Nigerian history, succeeded buhari and now have done far more damage on Nigeria than buhari by ruining the economy, abdicating his position of protecting lives and properties to bandits , hundreds of trillions in loans, nothing to show for it inspite claiming he has removed subsidy and fuel today now 1,400 from the 200 naira buhari left it
We keep voting people who use our destiny (Nigeria's economy) for macroeconomic experiment.

In the years after the war, someone obviously trying to justify wastage and corruption that was unfolding, said the problem with Nigeria is not money, but what to do with money.

Let that sink in. Due to the war, the gameplan was that of conquest aftermath and involved massive wealth transfer. Today, the top two richest men come from the conquering side and are richer than the next 10 men on the list.

It is only when Nigerians know and fight for their leaders to invest heavily in infrastructures that Nigeria can get the desired growth.
All those nations invested heavily in infrastructures because without infrastructures...
No power
No food
No security
No health
No education
No production
And so on.
Your wicked leaders, out of incompetence, have always thrown open the borders so that cheap food (including terrorists) can enter your country while your country sinks because you cannot even produce the most feeble of materials.
They will budget for the same infrastructures every year and embezzle the money while you eat your #1000 per bag rice.
Just think about why you like to go to USA,Dubai,South Africa etc.
It is because of infrastructures.
Investors will rush the nation that has infrastructures and wink negatively at the one that doesn't.

Lagos should be there. Tinubu built Lagos but he's destroying Nigeria.😂

GDP by PPP for all countries is high. Nigeria's is almost 10,000 dollars

GDP nominal per Capita is determined by the cost of living. If rent in your country for a flat is less than 200 dollars a year then your GDP per Capita will not exceed 2000 dollars

Economic miracle is a mirage in Nigeria
It is not, Nigeria turn around is actually very possible if we can change our mindset and open the economy like all these other countries did.

In 1975, minimum wage was 60 naira. Brand new car was 2k. We started going down from 80s after the oil boom that encouraged our greed and laziness.
