The punishment is just being taken out of proportion by some social media users. She must have done something to deserve being punished by her father for crying out loud.
Besides, for her to be able to do video of such, the punishment is strictly corporal domestically, though being an adult as she is, her father should be more lenient but decisive.

even after the police rescued them they supported the robbers

nobody gets well trained and rebels unless there weren't supervised properly and lost their home training. supervision is part of training a kid. it still means he didn't train her early on well enough so now she's an adult u think u can force the training but that will be extra hard not impossible.
