Pls my Airtel ODU suddenly dropped speed after first month.
The speed is so slow that a snail is much faster.
I tried calling there customer care, it's one story after another.

Pls is there anything I can do??

Hi, what is the model of your odu

You may need to monitor the network band , to select the one that will provide you the best speed

i have been using the airtel odu for almost 6 months now and its been good. I usually advise people to be sure of the network in their area before buying it. Since you ve used it for a month and its good, i will advise you to set the band and network type to 5g only, thats what i use , and i get consistent 20mbps during the day and about 80mbps in the night from 9pm

as much as i like...i use about 40gb daily, about 800gb monthly......i dont even sub gotv again....youtube and some apps to the rescue

And the network band is currently at 5G NSA

been enjoying mine for 8 months now, 30k monthly for Unlimited, always ensure that Airtel network is good in your location
