Omo before you gym chop well and after too then check your body condition as well no be everything be motivation to gym be motivated to check yourself first.

Personally I think before one start using the gym they should start doing small exercises like jogging, push ups.. Just start with any exercise that does not involve carrying or push any heavy object..

I was arguing with a woke fellow this forum. I told him that we humans were living by the mercy of God and not by working out or anything like that. He was saying God is a made up entity and that working out was the best way to keep himself alive. I told him there are people that have died even in the so called gym and even after doing their routine medical checks. I know of a woman that came for checkup. After all the tests and all she was waiting for her driver to come take her when she collapsed right there in the hospital and died.

Some people go to the gym, yet die before people who don't know where a gym is, some people don't smoke yet die before people who do. I know a serious drug addict whose contemporaries are all dead, but he is still alive and kicking in his addiction. This life is a mystery.
I saw a video of and old man of over a hundred years old puffing his cigar and his interviewer asked him didn't his doctor tell him smoking was bad for his health and the old man interjected that " his doctor was Dead"
