You are the one who needs a dictionary. The word "worship" does not only connote the worship of God. Extreme devotion and admiration is also worship. E.g: "He loved her so much he worshipped the ground she walked on."

The question then becomes: who are the people calling Jesus “Lord”?
Who are the ones claiming to prophesy in his name Who are the ones claiming to cast out demons in his name?

Clearly, these are people who identify themselves as followers of Christians.
Muslims do not prophesy or cast out demons in the name of Jesus in that sense. Jews do not. Hindus do not.

The passage is directed at the Christian, not anyone else.
