NDC is supposed to put his eyes strongly in Rivers, they have opportunity to enter Rivers and take opportunity (confusion) the Wiked man Rivers has created.

They should try to woo, strong and popular people. Infact, Fubara is supposed to parley with them by asking his loyalist to cross to NDC, while him remain in APC.

What kind of horrible advise is this?
