If you look at the reasons he listed and documents that NDC did not provide. It was approved by INEC based on a court order. He might pursue it to supreme court level and if supreme court will look at the merit of the case. This is the implications to this kind of approval and why I believe the Supreme court could intervene in a way that could affect NDC. Who ever wants to form a party might start going through court with such interventions.
Whatever way it goes everywhere good.
