I agree with you. I think some agencies actually do this. But I know the allowances isn't as much as people see it. It doesn't commensurate with economic reality

yes you are very right. Furniture allowance used to be 900k every 4 years, might have gone up now. Education allowance was 200k every January, don't know the current rate now.

Currently they've over 20k staff, before current leadership they were ruply around 16k. So over 20k staff is like over staffing actually

I'm not asking to be patronized. It was my opinion and it could be right or wrong.

Only the connected enjoy. So many Yorubas need a job and they can't get it while some fulanis, Hausas or Igbos have gotten it. It is never a tribe thing. Every tribe that has connection enjoys at every point in time. I went for NBTE job test in Kaduna Polytechnic in 2016 and I met one fulani guy who came from Katsina. Told him he has no problem since Buhari was the president. He just smiled and told me the truth: he has no connection, there no guarantee he gets the job. Only those connected to those in power gets job. So many fulanis who want job won't get it, yet some Igbos or Urhobos or Tiv will get it.

Getting jobs through slot should be a crime.
All those who engage in that nonesense are destroying Nigeria. There ought to be a open, competitive process and the best ought to get jobs.
