Noooooooooooo...i don't want to belief this o..All these diseases are real oo,,i thought i was immune to disease as people were warning me then about salt intake..Any small food they served me,,i must add salt to the extent my ex wife used to hide d salt from me...Now d results is out...if i drink all ds local white bottle gin,,my feet will swell up for some hrs,,and i pee up to three times @9t...Now me and google are best friends now oooo...Take your health serious oo

Not only salt sugar too especially those grain ones very bad for health , what more can one do , eat healthy more vegetables, less stress and be happy if possible avoid alcohol, caned food and drinks and those origin bitters and co for a healthy kidney.

He has been sick for a long time. Sometimes last year,people were asking for his whereabout and some friends were saying he was fine or something. It was then I guessed something must be wrong somewhere

The last post on his Instagram page was in December 2024 meaning he didn't post anything the whole of 2025
