Not only salt sugar too especially those grain ones very bad for health , what more can one do , eat healthy more vegetables, less stress and be happy if possible avoid alcohol, caned food and drinks and those origin bitters and co for a healthy kidney.

Whatever you take ...take in moderation. Too much of one thing is good for nothing. Too many people make a big deal as if salt is unhealthy and avoid using salt period. When one has a medical emergency and is rushed to a hospital ... don't the doctors quickly be having saline pumped into you?....bag after bag? ....and what is saline? ... isn't it salt and water? This is not adding up.

In these times .... liquor.and high energy drinks are.silently wrecking our internal organs, I wouldn't be surprised if he was in this category. May his passing at this early age remind us that we have no minimum age to trod on this earth.

It’s quite nice to see the cancer cause of his death made public, like when Fela died of HIV/AIDS.

Hopefully we will be more aware of the dangers of this disease and probably leverage it to raise money for the research locally, instead of waiting for pass downs from oyinbos.

More of us need to be public about the cause of death for our loved ones, instead of the usual brief illness line.

It is very rampant. In the last 10 years, I have lost about 5 relatives and friends to that evil disease. Including 2 cousins. It can be caught through all these dirty restaurants that don't keep good hygiene. The Ministry of health needs to declare a state of emergency on this. Many young people are dying because of this.
