insidelife22:Can’t you see the way they’re throwing questions without even giving him time to answer? He asked the first/2nd/3rd question without letting him answer any.. |

Osho gave a valid point. Life over unfriendly foreign countries against Nigeria. Nigerians first and others. |

insidelife22:Was there a question he didn't answer? Perhaps your 2k per month stipend isn't enough to get you sufficient data to watch videos. |

| Re: Rufai Oseni & Adams Oshiomhole Clash Over South African Investments In Nigeria by Misterone: 7:20pm On May 12 |
Oseni is too dumb! If the South Africans can play dirty, why can't we? We don't have South Africans we can repatriate but they have companies here. They make money from Nigeria. Nigerians go to South Africa and make money too. If they can kill Nigerians, we can kill their companies. |

| Re: Rufai Oseni & Adams Oshiomhole Clash Over South African Investments In Nigeria by WizardOfNG: 7:35pm On May 12 |
Misterone:MTN and DSTV are businesses. They cannot be held responsible for what ordinary South Africans do. If you build a great business in Ghana, do you want it destroyed when some Nigerians over there attack and kill some Ghanaians? Your business must be destroyed or taken away from you simply because you share nation of origin with wrongdoers you don't know and do not even approve of their action? This is too ignorant from Oshiomhole abeg. |

insidelife22:Get well soon. Try to be taking your pills regularly and drink a lot of water. I believe they will still pay your 2K but just take it easy on yourself |

This headline is misleading. There was no clash during the interview. Rufai Oseni asked a very dumb question and Oshiomole gave him a very sound and well-articulate answer. That's just it. ![]() |

sleek214:Very dumb. I was ashamed of him while watching. how can you say because Nigeria is looking for foreign investor and the life of Nigerians been killed in south africa don't matter. oshiomohle said after his statement about normalizing mtn, the south Africa president quickly responded by condemning the attack because he is a major shareholder of mtn. they make their highest profit in Nigeria because of the huge number of users. Rufai is truly an emergency journalist. he need a crash course on journalism. |
| Re: Rufai Oseni & Adams Oshiomhole Clash Over South African Investments In Nigeria by Bluna: 9:10pm On May 12 |
WizardOfNG:I hope you watch the video to the part where Oshiomole alleged that current south African president is the biggest shareholder of MTN. As a president, he has not taken any serious action to stop the xenophobic attack or to prosecute the attackers. But just recently when he heard the threat to nationalize MTN, he quickly released a statement to condemn the attack. |
| Re: Rufai Oseni & Adams Oshiomhole Clash Over South African Investments In Nigeria by WizardOfNG: 9:30pm On May 12 |
Bluna:Yes I understand your point. I have always insisted politicians and diplomats on both sides (Nigeria and South Africa) must act decisively. It is not acceptable our fellow Nigerians lost their lives to xenophobic attacks. I can therefore understand emotions are running high but I don't believe making South African businesses in Nigeria the scapegoats of our anger solves anything. |
| Re: Rufai Oseni & Adams Oshiomhole Clash Over South African Investments In Nigeria by harsysky(m): 9:34pm On May 12 |
Bluna:Have you considered the multitude of Nigerians that will be out of Job when something happen to these companies? |
| Re: Rufai Oseni & Adams Oshiomhole Clash Over South African Investments In Nigeria by Bluna: 9:47pm On May 12 |
harsysky:Seems you did not watch the video. Oshiomole specifically stated that Nigerian interest in those businesses will be protected. |
| Re: Rufai Oseni & Adams Oshiomhole Clash Over South African Investments In Nigeria by Bluna: 9:48pm On May 12*. Modified: 10:19pm On May 12 |
WizardOfNG:The bottom line is that those businesses you mentioned are mostly owned by their political class. These are the same people that have the political power but won't do the needful because they lack the political will. If their business is not threatened, they won't stop the attacks and get the attackers prosecuted. |

I stand with Mr Oshiomole on this. |

Rufai lost this one to Oshiomole who had to bring out his union leader side to lambast the xenophobes. You can't put South Africa investment over Nigerian lives |

When the Arabs left etisalat and Nigeria took over with their 9mobile, the company died. Oshomole should keep his hands away from MTN. Go and nationalize sambisa forest!! |

The lively conversation between 2 overpampered adult is good for its entertainment value and nothing more Both of them played to the gallery . Only that Oshiomhole has less to lose. Foolish Oseni has no sense of caution. He doesn't know where to end his opinionated grandstanding and allow the interview to go on. I didn't tune in to the channel because of Oseni |

TELL that to UK and US that forced a Russian Oligarch to sell his soccer team, and seized multiple russian assets in the US and UK. By trying to force takeaway of MTN and DSTV, those businesses will compel their govt to do something which is what happened here. You need to understand how politics work. WizardOfNG: |
