Is this not what was literally said in the report? If they were able to live like kings in USA, why would they be relocating permanently away from USA, their country of origin?

That is still for economic purpose, you didn't get it or refused to acknowledge it for some reasons.
Americans leaving America permanently because they couldn't own houses and afford medical insurance or treatments with the resources they have on US soil but could secure it in foreign countries with the same resources. And Nigerians leaving Nigeria to go and work and live in foreign countries because there's no employment or under employment in Nigeria.
Both migrations are for economic reasons dear friend
