Tinubu governed a state that was already built by the federal government and colonial masters. He was supposed to turn Lagos to New York since he started with a state already built.

He did his best. His legacies in Lagos are still speaking for him. Meanwhile, he was denied Local Government funding during his tenure. Yet, the Local Governments didn't feel the heat.

Obi on the other hand didn't conduct local government elections until a few months to his handover. He didn't account for all the Local Government funds he collected till today.
