It wasn't a joke as she intended to use it to raise money to settle her creditors who have taken her to court and she also intended to use the fake cancer diagnosis to garner public sympathy and leniency from the judge .

She might even have intended to use it to get pre and post conviction bail thereby committing pejury.

Did you read where it was stated by her lawyer that they are trying to resolve the matter with the primary complainant who she duped of #36m and the complainant stating he will withdraw his complaint once she refunds the balance of #12million?

The Govt prosecutor however objected and stated that the case is now between her and the government for contravening the laws of the land

This case has nothing to do with her online false cancer diagnosis although I suspect that the Govt prosecutor will bring it up as evidence against her that she has a habit of exploiting the public for financial gain and bring up the faked medical report exposing the extent she will go to decisive the public .
