Everyone gets cancer if they live long enough. As the trillions of cells in your body replicate and multiply, there is always the chance that some of them turn cancerous and they do. Your body fights and kills cancer cells daily but it only takes one to go undetected.
As you grow older, your chances of cancer increase. It doesn't matter how healthy of a lifestyle a person lives, everyone will eventually develop cancer. Some just die of other causes before they get to that age.

Cancer kills people anyhow , that’s bad especially when we have pastors that heals every damn fckn sickness that they said doctors can not heal .
