I like the level of political awareness in Nigeria's North. This explains why even though Lagos has more registered voters than the KKK, they sometimes produce higher votes than Lagos. Voter apathy is killing the South

Mr Tinubu will get at least 25% of the votes in Kano, Kaduna, Katsina, Bornu, Adamawa, and a few other NW, and NE states.

He will get not less than 25% of the votes in each North Central, South West, South South states, in at least 2 SE states.

That will take him past the 24 states that a candidate must win (in addition to overall largest number of votes) to be declared a President.

ADC on the other hand is unlikely to get 25% of votes caste in any Southern States. If that happens, then Mr Atiku can't be declared winner.
