Alonso can't do any miracle, and he will be sacked within 1 year if the deluded Chelsea American owners do not change their useless model of refusing to sign Elite and prime players.

Finally, Chelsea has a proper manager, not all those wanna be coaches. His philosophy fits into Chelsea perfectly. One of Palmer or Fernandez might have to leave, though, cause now we need fast wingers for a 3-4-3 formation that Xavi is known for.

Another 'head coach' lol. Clearly the Chelsea hierarchy knows what they're doing but I'm not sure about the 'baby managers' taking their jobs. Other than the lowest quality players at his disposal, your predecessor gave an interview talking about how the hierarchy are always interfering in the team selection and you think you will be treated differently?

I get that Alonso may be looking at it from the angle of 'cash out,' but the problem is that young managers who fail at top clubs often struggle to get another club to take a gamble on them. Example abound, including the likes of Solksjaer, Pirlo, Xavi, Graham Potter, Ruben Amorim, Gérard, and even Lampard before he got the Coventry job.
