Even if he shares money to everyone in that Ward, he can't beat Okowa there.
With the State Governor fully behind him. Nwoko knew he had no chance right from the outset. He defected from PDP because of Oborevwori & Okowa, they came over to APC to meet him!

Okowa wants to remain in the system. Oborevwori wants Okowa in Abuja to give him free space in Delta to become the lord of the manor.

As much as that is the case, Okowa was disgusted by Ned coniving with Ohaneze to collapse Anioma state project with that of Orlu and cede Asaba as the capital.

Ned was even quoted addressing Ohaneze to key into Anioma as it will add more land to the SE.

This is what disgusted the majority of Anioma north senatorial zone.

Imagine the desperation because of a tenured position not surpassing 8ys that you are ready to cede everything including identity to outsiders

This is why SE people championed Anioma more than Anioma people so much so that they used to tell bonafide Anioma people who opposed being lumped to the SE to go to Benin.

Just imagine.
