No, there was the 2025 meeting, then there's this 2026 meeting. It was around this same time the secretary visited FCC last year if I'm not mistaken.

According to my state commission at federal character,he said the waiver that they gave them has expired, so they where told to choose a date to come and request for new waiver maybe that's why they put so many people that doesn't have strong connect on hold if not almost on a weekly basis they do give out Apl.

It's possible because each waiver will be expired after 3 months, so maybe the time is now until they start working on new waiver but that's if they do not close the recruitment. However even people with strong connections are still waiting too
