This will not happen unless Villa finish 5th.
Uefa gave a bonus spot to EPL which is the 5th position. Villa is in 4th while Liverpool is in 5th. Villa with their 4th position has already qualify for ucl irrespective of their Europa win.
Liverpool is the one who will gain the extra spot giving to EPL for 5th.

But whereby Villa finish 5th, their ucl qualification came thru winning the Europa, thereby allowing 6th place Bournemouth to take that bonus spot for EPL.

But EPL was giving a bonus slot bcus of their teams performance in Europe. Mind you it's a merit position not a constant thing.
So Villa finishing 4th makes them qualify for the ucl irrespective of winning the Europa league.
Liverpool occupied the merit spot which is 5th, so they're complete.
But if Villa finishes 5th, they'll qualify for ucl due to their Europa win, and that bonus or merit spot goes to the 6th place Bournemouth.
I hope my explanation is clear! That 6th spot can only be activated if Villa finishes 5th.
