bixton:Lol This is total gibberish. Every Wike fan boy believes tht Fubara broke agreement. What if Wike wanted more than the agreement? And by the way, what kind of agreement allows one man to pick all 32 house of assembly, all 26 LGA chairmen, all but one commissioner, Secretary of government, even chief security officer? Also whoever ran to Tinubu doesn't matter. What matters is that Tinubu was Wike's enabler 100 percent. When Tinubu declared SOE Martin Amaehule and his people were the first to express joy and thanked Tinubu for declaring the SOE. That was what killed Fubara. |

MaziObinnaokija:What did Fubara EVER have to do with Obidients? Fubara became governor as Wike's protégé under the PDP. He had issues with Wike his Oga in the PDP, and the APC FG declared a state of emergency, stripping him of his authority, and placing an ex-military officer as sole administrator. He was reinstated, wahala started again. He joined APC. Now, an incumbent lost out in the party primaries. All PDP and APC. You just had to insert Obi somewhere. Either that's how you get paid, or you need to ask yourself some hard, important questions about your state of mind. |

Wike fronting another Ikwerre man as Governor of Rivers State. Chinda is Ikwerre, just like Nyesom Wike (8yrs as governor), Rotimi Amaechi (8yrs as Governor), and Celestine Omehia (5months Governor). Is Ikwerre the only tribe in Rivers?? Someone should please enlighten me ooooo Fubara as an Ijaw man who just became Governor is not returning again . And now, Wike is fronting another Ikwerre man, O.K Chinda. Why is Rivers State not operating zoning like other states. Eg my state Delta State . I am really disappointed Ossai writes ✍️

Dear Fubara, When history documents the very few who stood against the ills of godfatherism in Nigerian politics, your name will be written in bold letters. A lot of us are proud of the resilience and courage you showed. You fought a good fight, stood your ground, and inspired us. No matter how the story ends, I am proud of you. Welcome to the NDC.

| Re: Blessing Fubara Picks NDC Nomination Form by ObasaHF: 8:48am On May 21 |
This is a strategy that can sweep away power to the opposition. Fubara the Governor should not decamp to avoid impeachment but he should use the incumbency factor to work for his brother to emerge victorious. In Politics, anything can happen. |

I wish to openly and sincerely reaffirm my unwavering support for the decision of His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, the Executive Governor of Rivers State, to withdraw from the governorship race in Rivers State. Leadership is not only about personal ambition, but also about sacrifice, wisdom, peace, unity, and placing the collective interest of the people above every other consideration. I strongly believe that His Excellency acted in the best interest of Rivers State, and I stand firmly with his decision. As a loyal and committed member/supporter of the All Progressive Congress (APC), I equally pledge my total support to whoever eventually emerges as the governorship candidate of our great party in Rivers State. Party unity, progress, and victory must remain our common priority. At this critical point in our political journey, it is important for all party faithful and supporters to remain united, focused, and determined to ensure the success of the APC in the forthcoming general election. I am fully prepared to contribute my quota, mobilize support, and work tirelessly alongside other committed stakeholders to ensure that the APC records overwhelming victory at the polls. Rivers State deserves purposeful leadership, sustainable development, peace, and progressive governance that will continue to uplift the lives of our people. Furthermore, I wholeheartedly declare my support for the re-election of President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term in office. I believe in his vision, courage, and commitment towards rebuilding and repositioning Nigeria for greater economic growth, stability, infrastructural advancement, and national prosperity. Despite the challenges facing our nation, I remain confident that with continuity, dedication, and collective support, Nigeria will achieve greater heights under his leadership. This is a time for loyalty, unity, sacrifice, and collective responsibility. Together, we shall continue to work for the peace, progress, and advancement of Rivers State and Nigeria as a whole. God bless Rivers State. God bless the All Progressive Congress (APC). God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Ambassador Chijioke Ihunwo
