| Re: Court Nullifies INEC Membership Timeline by psalmsjob: 5:28am On May 22 |
Truths9ja:It is interesting that with this judgment most of you hypocrites are not saying tinubu and wike pocket judiciary again but it shows that some judges do not understand principle of the law they deliver judgment on because the 120 days is not hardcoded but a guide for the umpire inec to use so 30 days is within 120 days to election and the inec can fix the timetable as much as the like within that period. Furthermore, the election starts from primary election not general election. Any party can disobey inec and find out the hard way, politicans can jump to another party and find out the hard way that inec is the umpire who set the rule according to the electoral act not the courts. |

Chegesnd:And I also found an hypocrite in you! ![]() To begin with, I celebrated the judgement cos it will strengthen the opposition which we all need. But you turned it upside down And I insist that if the judgement had gone otherwise, you people will claim the ruling party has pocketed the judiciary. Now that it's a good one, you didn't mention that. Go sink in your hypocrisy you sore losers ![]() E pain am ![]() Bye |

Yemmysworld91:You celebrated what? Your first comment on this thread wholly gave you away! It showed bitterness to the rule of law. It showed you have a strange distaste for enhanced democratic space. But, you can be excused because that's the way you're wired - not having a mind of your own Sore Losers are those who don't key into the shenanigans you and your Slave Masters espouse! Good morning from here! |

Chegesnd:So, if I'm in support of someone you don't like, it means I don't have a mind of my own ![]() You can see how low your reasoning is. People will always have conflicting opinions with yours. Respect them and move on. And go back to read what my first comment was. I was merely playing cos I knew that very decision will change the political calculations and configuration. That was an excited me that the ruling party's strategy has been checkmated. Like I already stated, you guys are blinded by your reasoning! ![]() Good evening from here! |

Yemmysworld91:Who you support is your right, it doesn't matter if your support was rented. But for generations unborn, the civic space must not be made to shrink because of one man's inordinate appetite for power. Tomorrow exists! We've had enough exchange, |

Chegesnd:All the aspirants we currently have only have the ambition of becoming the president. You guys make it look as if one of them is a messiah ![]() None is better than the other. Rented or otherwise, let people support who they want and leave the rest to posterity. I rest my case |

Bluntemperor:I thought you were going to tell me that the courts have fared better under this gerontocracy, cos I dare not call this a democracy. Rather you're telling me 2 things that the military did which evidence abound that they have been surpassed during this gerontocracy. What have your politicians done better than the military rule? Even the abuse is more in every way. Was it not in this gerontocracy that the use of Twitter was banned? Has court injunctions not been given at unholy hours too, oh, especially during elections? Have court orders not been ignored severally? You want to tell me about history, history that the civilian government has refused to teach in schools anymore? And do u know the most annoying aspect? These heinous abuses are carried out by those in your generation, the same old brigade who claimed to have fought the military. But what have they done better? They know the addresses of every citizens who speak against the ills and failure of those in government, but they will never know your address for anything good. You can't fight the military, yet you come as civilian govt and do worse. That's my point. |
