Hope he is dismissed from the police force,this is a clear indication that if this guy see anyone with money he can as well k*ll the person and take his or her possession.

He is one of those police officers that have committed several unjust killings.

He Just wan waste him 29 years of service.

I believe the requirements for police should be pegged at least SSCE, and they must be able to read and write. Mental stability test and drug test. If possible sack all office who dies not have ssce, fail the Mental and drug test and recruit new ones.

He should be dismissed, prosecuted accordingly and jailed for 55yrs.

This is to serve as deterrent to others.
