Litigation go follow such move especially if the person wins with another party.

The court would have to interpret what participation in primaries means.

Withdrawing at the last minute after buying form and attending screen exercise does negate participation to me. You have participated.
Only a member of the party he moves to can go to court

And the member just participate in the party primary election

I have mixed feelings about this drama. On the one hand, I feel that Fubara is a victim of a corrupt system of cronyism and godfatherism. On the other hand, I realize that Fubara himself did not deserve to be governor in the first place. The same system that is fighting him brought him to power.
Much as the current political system disgusts me, I feel that Fubara is disloyal and ungrateful. He did not even campaign nor earn any serious votes. Wike literally handed the governorship to him on a platter of God. It did not even take him three months to start fighting Wike. It disgusts me to say this in this particular case, but as a general principle, agreements must be respected. Fubara agreed to certain conditions before Wike handed the position to him. A decent man will at least wait till the second term before he begins to renegotiate terms of the agreement
The masses were not part of their agreement so they have every right to revolt against their coven agreement.

What was the agreement Wike entered with the Nigerian Constitution?

What was the agreement Fubara entered with the Nigerian Constitution?

What was the agreement Tinubu entered with the Nigerian Constitution?

-- To SERVE and be LOYAL to the masses.

Now, tell me which is greater? Is it the agreement that was entered with Wike in secret or the oath that was openly taken to server the masses? sad All of them can enter under the bed let Nigeria rise.

Fubara is not completely shielded from such an agreement, but, at the bolded, I just want to know your opinion on the bolded.

What was the agreement Fubara entered into with Wike and his team before he was handpicked and sponsored to be the Governor. You should start from there.

2027 constitutionally FUBARA can't contest in any political party
You are wrong. With the court decision on deadlines, Fubara can contest in another party primary for 2027. since the previous deadline by INEC has been quashed, it means that parties can admit newer members and those new members can exercise their rights and enjoy their privileges just like the old members. An updated list can be sent to INEC in view of the latest court decision. A window has just opened for anyone who has been played out. Just ensure that your constituents love you, and that you can do what it takes to win election against the establishment.

Bat is way smarter than wike.

Bat and APC will dump him once they are through with him. They're just using wike to destroy PDP and the opposition

The constitutional vow was made openly 👌 of which was even aired and which can't be faulted but the Abuja man has CHICKENED OUT from telling the world the agreement.

You should tell us if you are privy to know it. Is it an evil agreement that won't favour the good people of Rivers State that's why He's CHICKENING OUT from saying it?

Using Wike how...

Look, I'm not a fan of Wike, I don't like him. but until the time when what's inside him expires... BAT can't collide with Wike.

When that time comes, what you are saying will be valid. But for now...

Forget it. Wike is higher in rank.

Let's just live it at that.

Whatever you think BAT can do to Wike, because of presidential powers, He,BAT can't do it.

It's that deep
