Judgement on INEC Timetable cannot overrule what 2026 Election Act say Shikena. 2026 Election Act says when your name has submitted to INEC by political parties for an election cycle (2027 election cycle). Such aggrieved candidate cannot defected within that election cycle rather the candidate will wait for next election cycle before defection can occur.

Sometimes you people comment with one side of the brain. What would've been the decisions of those that got the tickets if those didn't get it now had gotten it? Can APC field more than one candidate in a particular seat? It's been happening over the years that those who miss out journey in another platform so it's not new. Same you would've mocked people like Wike and Uzodimma that they've been used and dumped if they'd missed out.

APC is a funny party built on lies and deceit.
A governor is the automatic leader of the state party structure but not Fubara because Fubara is not a governor according to APC.
Because going by APC party arrangement, the governor is the party leader and cannot have his loyalties lossing party primaries. But Fubara loyalties were screened out of the party primaries. How do you explain that?

Fubara lost politically the day OBIDIENTS started supporting him. OBIDIENTS are failure who always lead people to their doom once they start supporting that person
