Extremely stingy people deliver the worst projects, even their houses look terrible. I know a few. Someone bragging they are stingy is not necessarily a good sign especially for a country. You have to be a reasonable and strategic spender to stimulate an economy.

However Obi was saving Government money in fidelity where he had interest. So, who are you fooling? All the money he invested are worthless today because he focused on companys where he has interest aka paying himself.
