I am not happy though: our own Bendel Insurance is relegated. TOO BAD! Someone is parading himself as a youth governor. Where is the motivation for the players?

Throughout next year, there won't be an NFPL match at our prestigious Sam Ogbemudia Stadium. Ekehuan and Airport roads will become dry on weekends. This is too painful 😖😣.

I just checked to see we are not relegated. We only missed out at the continental qualifications.

Today, Enugu Rangers made history when they beat hosts Ikorodu City 2-1 to equal the all-time record of nine NPFL championships held by regional rivals Enyimba.

Captain Chidiebere Nwobodo scored in either half for ‘The Flying Antelopes’ be be crowned champions ahead of closest rivals Rivers United.

Substitute Moses Ali scored a consolation goal for the home team in the 58th minute after goalkeeper Lucky Jimoh failed to hold on to a shot from distance.

Rangers topped the standings with 68 points from 38 matches, a point more than Rivers United, who beat Katsina United 3-0 in their final game of the campaign.

It will be coach Fidelis Ilechukwu’s second league championship with the Enugu club.

Rangers will now represent Nigeria in the CAF Champions League along with runners-up Rivers United.

I happened to be at the Onikan Stadium to witness the game. The officiating was really fair and Rangers fight gallantly. Kudos to Enugu Rangers.

20 minutes extra time and yet the Ref refuse to blow the final whistle, NPL is a mess.

For a region good in football, a SE governor should build a FIFA standard stadium; it's a long-term investment

Here we go again with you asking government to spend money to build a stadium, instead of facilitating the clubs to build their stadium, as they do in those places where we pray and fast to japa to.

If you are not watching the games live and/or watching them on television, then how do you want the LMC to generate more money to increase the prize money?

Meanwhile, are you aware that Lagos State has three clubs in the next season, and they are all private, for profit entities.

Kaduna Ranchers Bees is another private, for profit club in the premier league next season.

Since the emergence of governor Peter Mbah as the governor of Enugu state, Rangers have been doing excellently well in the Nigerian league. It is not a coincidence but a result of Mbah's intentional transformation of every sector in the state's economy towards greater productivity.

UBEC that was created by Obasanjo/ Atiku administration in 1999, to help states achieve nine years of free and compulsory education for all children.

Enugu Rangers coach Ilechukwu is the best coach i have seen in our local league in recēnt years.
The man has been consistently performing well in the last five years back-to-back. His attacking style of Play is scintillating to watch.

From MFM FC to Rangers FC

He has now won 2 league Titles with Rangers already

He deserves to coach the Nigeria National team in the nearest future!
