Relegation battle tonight in Spain is going to bonkers 😜 where potentially 6 teams are still able to go down.

In other leagues, earning 40 points are usually enough to guarantee safety for the teams but never in Spain. Mallorca and Girona may earn over 40 points but could still go down to the segunda division. 😬😬

In Spain, competition is quite close for majority of the teams.

A subplot tonight between Elche and Girona, only one can be saved and ironically, Michel coaches Girona while his son plays for Elche😬😳 Someone will have to cry tonight in that house 😂😂

We're not a serious club unfortunately.
The only way this makes sense or checks out to me is if Christensen is getting this deal as a reward for him stating his injury was out of the season to allow us to register players in the last window.

I'm not even looking at the likes of Fati earning €15mn and we being 3rd/4th in Europe for highest wages.

I mean, why is Yamal earning that much? €27mn for a player his age is quite much. Sure he is our star player and anchor but that money is excessive. Imagine his contract is coming to an end and he needs to increase wages, so dude will be earning around €35mn gross?

Yamal shouldn't be earning anything above €20mn at the moment.

Lewandowski, Ferran and Rashford played very well in the first half. Araujo has been a beast in central defense; excellent display from him. Balde was also impressive.


Olmo, Bernal and Gavi need to play more forward passes to the front three.

Tonight's game was inconsequential and has no importance any longer but If deco and laporta like let them not get the facility for us to get a quality CB. Let them be talking of they are happy with the martin cubarsi partnership and renewing the hardly available Christensen for two more years. We're still operating under club de amigos reason why some players that are not of the club's standards are still here

A worthy congratulations to Barça femeni. Lyon did enough to have won the game in the first half but cata coll was immense in goal another la masia gem. I think they also won their second quadruple today by virtue of this victory.They should celebrate the returns of their hard work since they're the ones flying the crest of the club high in Europe, hopefully with the right decisions the men will join them soon

The midfielders and defenders played too many back and side passes that affected us today. I hate it when forward players make beautiful runs but their colleagues just can't raise their heads up to see them. Some times, they see them but still refuse to pass. It's frustrating.


Two of our best chances to score in the first half were created from the left wing by Rashford for Lewa's header which hit the bar and Rashford's lob to Eric Garcia who should have passed after receiving the ball.


Gavi was the only starting midfielder who put some crosses into the box and one of those led to Lewa's goal after Ferran's shot. Bernal made too many back and side passes.


I love how Casado came in and dominated the midfield. He also put in lots of crosses into the box. He has impressed me in quite a number of matches this season.


Xavi Espart played badly today. He made a lot of mistakes, two of which led to Valencia's first and third goals.


Christensen was quite nervous but it's understandable given that he just returned from injury. I love how he pushed forward and had two shots on target, especially that header.


I'm so, so happy that Lewa scored his 120th Barcelona goal in his last match for us. I don't want him to leave but I understand the situation. I wish him the very best in life. He's an awesome guy and a great footballer.


Overall, I won't blame the players much. The world cup is around the corner so everyone is avoiding injuries. It's been a great season so far and I'm proud of the boys. 💪💪
