In England for example, Leicester won the league in 2015, few years later were relegated to Championship, just this concluded season, they were again relegated to league 1.

Chelsea on the other hand won the FIFA club world cup last season, but this season they finished 10th position in the league...

So shits do happen everywhere in football!

Leicester were relegated from EPL almost a decade after winning the league, so the league win isn't relevant to their relegation story. While Remo were relegated immediately after winning. That's unprecedented

Remo own happened within just one season while leicester was after almost a decade something is just not right with the npfl.

No, it's not common among the NPFL heavyweights from the south east.
It's mostly common in North and SW clubs.
It happened to Kano pillars at a time.

Emphasis on few years later... not the next season, that shows u how the team was managed and sponsored. They use them for betting and the last year its shows they did nt really play the game but bought some matches

Most of the Nigerian clubs are fund of doing it as there are usually player exodus every season.

Financial Base is a big problem in the NPFL,I think there should be like a form of recapitalization as it is done in the banking sector should be introduced to the Nigerian league.
You must have a capital Base of like 10 billion naira for you to be in the NPFL
This will attract investors to the league and sponsorship too.
Also the league should be put on TV and televised to broader audience across the world.
So much marketing can be done to improve the league but the people in charge are not thinking in that direction.

Tottenham won Europa last season but almost got relegated this season. Remo lost a couple of good players after thier win last season. The team need to rebuild and unfortunately they will rebuild from scratch
